My 2-year-old figured out the size order within a week, and now she narrates every color as she stacks. The wooden pieces have a nice weight and the paint hasn't chipped despite daily drops on the tile.

The foldable center rod is a smart touch, my toddler yanked the whole thing over and it just bent instead of poking him. Colors are nice and bright and he's actually learning to sort by size.
