The wooden bodies feel solid in my hands and the rubber tires actually grip our rug instead of sliding. My nephew rolls the three of them around for an hour without getting bored, and the joints spin smoothly.
Bought this for my 3-year-old who's obsessed with diggers, and the rubber tires roll so smoothly across our hardwood without scratching anything. The three vehicles are small enough for him to grip easily, and he hasn't put them down since.
The wooden bodies feel solid and the rubber tires actually grip our hardwood instead of sliding. My daughter lines all three up on the rug for hours, and the joints still roll smoothly after weeks of play.
