The magnets snap together way more securely than the ones on our old set, so the cars don't pop apart when my daughter yanks them around a corner. She's been hooking them up to her other rail toys all week.

My son can finally build one long train instead of just pushing single cars around, and the magnets snap together tight enough that it survives his carpet crashes. It fits the wooden track set we already had, which was my main worry.

The magnets hold surprisingly well, even when my son drags five cars over the rug. It's become the first thing he grabs every morning.
